Payment
Payment of hotel deposit should be made in Japanese Yen only by the following payment method.
1) Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or JCB only).
2) Bank transfer to:

* Please be aware that bank transfer fees must be paid by the sender.

Confirmation
KNT will email you a confirmation after the application deadline, August 8, 2011, after your complete payment. Please be sure to bring the confirmation email when you check in to the hotel.

Cancellations must be in writing (preferably by e-mail) and sent to the IHS-2011 Desk at

Cancellation charges are as follows:

| 13 - 7 days prior to the night of your stay | 10% of the room charge |
| 6 - 2 days prior to the night of your stay | 50% of the room charge |
| Less than 2 days, or no notice given | 100% of the room charge |
*Expected arrivals of 10P.M. or later must be notified in advance to avoid cancellation of reservations.
*If you did not check in as scheduled, the rest of your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Refund
Refund will be made during or after the conference period, after deducting bank and / or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card. If payment was made by bank transfer, refunds will be made to the initial bank account.
