Poster Presentation will take place under the following schedule. You are expected to attend your poster during the allocated time period.

Mounting and Removal Time
The Authors of poster presentations are requested to mount/remove their posters during the following hours.

Size / Layout
Please prepare your poster in accordance with the following instruction.
(1) Area of Presenter Information (Title, Name, Affiliation): Width 70cm x Height 20cm
(2) Area of Poster Presentation: Width 90cm x Height 160cm
(3) The Secretariat will prepare a panel with your poster number.
* Each presenter is responsible for preparing their posters with the presentation title, name(s) of author(s) and affiliation(s).
* The size of the poster board: Width 90cm x Height 210cm

Language
The official language of the Poster Presentation will be English, and no interpretation to other languages will be provided.

General Information of Abstract Submission
- All abstracts must be submitted via the website. Abstracts submitted through other media (e.g., e-mail, fax, hardcopies by postal mail) will not be accepted by the Secretariat.
- Submitted abstracts can be modified via the website until May 31, 2011, using your abstract submission number and password. Please be sure to record them safely, as the Secretariat cannot answer inquiries about them.
- Notifications regarding acceptance/rejection will be e-mailed to the first author from early June, 2011. Please note that the first author should inform the co-authors of this information.
- The presentation format (oral or poster) will also be announced by the IHS2011 organizer.
- Presenters of submitted abstracts must register as participants for the symposium.

Instructions for Abstract Submission
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Word Limits, etc.
Title of Abstract: 30 words in English
Abstract Body: less than 260 words in English, or 170 words if an image is included
Limit on the number of authors and institutions:
The maximum number of authors: 10
The maximum number of Institutions: 10 - The file format for the image should be JPEG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif), and no more than 10 MB in size.
- The image may be reduced and printed in grayscale.
